According to Aristotle, there are three categories of ethos:

•phronesis – useful skills & wisdom.
•arete – virtue, goodwill.
•eunoia – goodwill towards the audience.

Looking at our offices now it's hard to imagine our current business ethos is handed down from so long ago. Our forebears did not found Zagata Studios. Instead, they provided the time tested foundation the enterprise is built on. Even now I can hear the words attributed to the patriarch Qhomhi, "سب باتوں میں فضیلت حاصل ہے ۔" [translation: In all things pursue excellence.]
